Return Options

Since February 1, 2001, the Law 'kopen op afstand' is in effect. With this law, consumers have a stronger legal position when buying via Internet. The law is in effect when the consumer has not seen the seller during the purchase.

The following major enhancements in respect of the rights of consumers are in effect:
Consumers are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days after delivery of the product. They may return the product within that period, paying only the return postage. There's no cost if an Internet order will be canceled.

The cooling-off period does not apply in the following case:
- Purchases made specially to order;

Upon receipt of the product you have a cooling off period of 7 working days to terminate the agreement without giving any reason and return or exchange the product. You need to report this in writing within 7 working days (by e-mail or fax). You should also notice in which state the product will be returned. Depending on the condition of the returned product (part of) the purchase price will be returned to you. You must take care of the returncost and risk of returning.
If you ask Wesjon BV to return the product from you, there will be a charge of 70 euros transport.

If you cancel the order, the amount stated on the invoice will be repaid within 14 days by Wesjon BV to the account you must indicate on the invoice. If you return a product you should include the invoice that you received separately by mail.

The return sending of a product and / or order can only be done to our address in Heemskerk as stated on the invoice, and should be sufficiently post-paid. Incorrectly post-paid goods are refused.

Wrong deliveries and damage
If you notice that the item delivered to you, does not correspond with the article you ordered, you should not accept the article. In this case, let us know immediately by e-mail or fax.

If you find that your delivery order is opened or heavily damaged, you should not accept the article. You must let us know immediately so that we can take the necessary steps to send you a new product.

NOTE: Check your order immediately upon delivery for any damage.
Damages and / or exchange-post can not be considered afterwards.
